The National Tax Research Center strictly adheres to Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations in the conduct of all procurement activities. Guided by the principles of transparency, competitiveness, accountability, efficiency, professionalism, and value for money, the NTRC ensures that its procurement processes are undertaken in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and government procurement policies.
